For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders:

• Customers may be required to pay a 10% advance payment for order confirmation.
• The advance amount is non-refundable once the order is confirmed.

• Orders are usually processed and shipped within 2 business days after confirmation and quality check.
• Estimated delivery timeline is approximately 7–10 business days across India.
• Delivery timelines may vary depending on courier operations, location, weather, or unforeseen delays.

We are responsible for delivery-related issues including:

• Wrong product delivery
• Damaged delivery
• Lost shipment claims

For any exchange, replacement, wrong item, or damage claim, customers must record a clear 360° unboxing video showing:

• Sealed package before opening
• Shipping label visibility
• Complete unpacking process without edits or cuts

Refunds

Refunds are provided only if:

• Order is cancelled before shipping
• Product is out of stock
• Product fails quality check (QC)

No refunds are provided for delivered orders.

Exchanges

• Exchanges are available for eligible delivered products.
• Sale items, discounted products, and promotional products are non-exchangeable.
• Exchange approval is subject to verification and product availability.

By placing an order, customers agree to:

• Be available during delivery attempts

• Record unboxing videos for claims

We are not responsible for issues caused due to incorrect addresses, unavailable recipients, or customer negligence.
