At CollectionbyManav.in, customer satisfaction is important to us. Please read our Return & Refund Policy carefully before placing an order.

1. Exchange & Replacement Policy

We offer exchange/replacement only in case of:

  • Damaged product received
  • Wrong product delivered
  • Manufacturing defect

All exchange/replacement requests are subject to product availability and verification.

2. Mandatory Unboxing Video Requirement

To request any exchange or replacement, customers must provide:

  • A clear 360° unboxing video
  • The video must start before opening the parcel
  • The shipping label must be clearly visible in the video

This is mandatory for claim verification.

Requests without proper unboxing video proof may not be accepted.

3. Product Return Conditions

Returned products must meet the following conditions:

  • Product must be unused
  • Product must be in original packaging
  • Tags, accessories, and original contents must be intact
  • Product should not show signs of wear, damage, or misuse caused after delivery

Products failing quality inspection may not qualify for exchange/replacement.

4. Refund Policy

We currently do not offer refunds on delivered orders.

Refunds are applicable only if:

  • The order is cancelled by us
  • The product is unavailable after payment confirmation

In such cases, eligible refunds will be processed to the original payment method.

5. Advance Payment Policy

To confirm orders, customers are required to pay a 10% advance amount.

Please note:

  • The 10% advance is non-refundable
  • It is treated as token money for order confirmation
  • This policy helps prevent fake or non-serious orders

6. Non-Returnable Situations

Returns/exchanges will not be accepted for:

  • Size issues after order confirmation
  • Change of mind
  • Minor color/design variation due to lighting or photography
  • Damage caused by customer misuse
  • Claims made without unboxing video proof

7. Cancellation Policy

Orders can only be cancelled before dispatch.

Once dispatched, cancellation requests may not be accepted.
