Order Processing Time
- All orders are processed after order confirmation and successful advance payment verification.
- Products go through a proper Quality Check (QC) before dispatch.
- Orders are usually shipped within 2 business days after confirmation and QC clearance.

Estimated Delivery Time
- Once shipped, delivery usually takes 7 business days depending on the customer's location and courier service availability.
- Total estimated delivery timeline is approximately 7–10 business days from the date of order confirmation.
Please note that delivery timelines may occasionally vary due to:
- Remote delivery locations
- Courier delays
- Weather conditions
- Public holidays or unforeseen circumstances

Shipping Coverage
We currently ship across most serviceable locations in India.

Delivery Responsibility
We take full responsibility for:
- Lost shipments
- Wrong product deliveries
- Damaged deliveries during transit
Note: Claims will only be considered if the customer provides a proper 360° unboxing video.

Mandatory Unboxing Video Requirement
For any delivery-related claim, exchange, or issue, customers must record a clear 360° unboxing video showing:
- The sealed package before opening
- Shipping label visibility
- Complete unpacking process without cuts or edits
Note: Claims without proper video proof may not be accepted.

Incorrect Address & Delivery Failure
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details. We are not responsible for delivery issues caused due to:
- Incorrect address
- Incorrect phone number
- Customer unavailable during delivery attempts
Additional shipping charges may apply for re-dispatch requests.
